Rental Criteria

To qualify for rent property at Century Johson Partners L.P., you must meet the following criteria:

Income: Your monthly gross income must be at least three times the monthly rent.

You must be able to prove at least one year of employment immediately preceding the date of your application.

If you have been a full time student at any time in the past year, we will require you to have your lease guaranteed. If you are unemployed or retired you must provide a source of income. If self employed you must provide W-2's

Debt Ratio: Debt ratio may not exceed the ability to pay rent.

Rental History: You must have satisfactory rental references from at least one prior landlord.

If you have ever been evicted or sued for any lease violation, your application will not be accepted.

Credit History: Your credit record must be currently satisfactory. Medical and voluntary repossession problems will be waived.

Criminal History: If you have ever been convicted of a felony, or if you have been convicted of a misdemeanor involving dishonesty or violence within the past five years, your application will not be accepted.

Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. All occupants 18 years or older must complete an application, provide identification, and sign the lease.
